These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zentherm Cooling Solutions("we", "us", "our"), meaning our website and our air conditioning, heating and HVAC services across Islamabad, Rawalpindi and surrounding areas. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Bookings

You can book a visit by calling +92 316 4998535, messaging us on WhatsApp, or submitting our online contact form. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it by phone, WhatsApp or email with a scheduled time window.

2. Pricing & Estimates

• Any price quoted on the website or on the phone is an estimate only.
• The final price is confirmed after an on-site inspection and before work begins.
• No work is carried out without your approval of the quoted amount.
• Spare parts are charged at transparent market rates; old parts are returned to you on request.

3. Service Warranty

Our workmanship is backed by a service guarantee. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period stated on your job card, we will re-attend and rectify it at no labour charge, provided the unit has not been tampered with or serviced by a third party in the meantime. Manufacturer warranties on new equipment are honoured as per the manufacturer's own terms.

4. Payments

Payment is due on completion of the service. We accept cash, bank transfer, JazzCash and EasyPaisa. For installations and commercial projects, a milestone-based payment schedule will be agreed in writing before work starts.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a visit free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. If our technician arrives and access to the unit is not available, a nominal visit charge may apply.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the indoor and outdoor units, including rooftops where applicable.
• Ensure a responsible adult is present during the visit.
• Inform us of any known electrical or structural issues near the installation site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service visit. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by power surges, flooding or misuse of the equipment.

8. Website Use

Content on this website is for general information only. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false service requests, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
